Newark Liberty (EWR) group transportation
Newark Liberty (EWR) is our home airport. We coordinate group pickups and drop-offs across all three terminals—including commercial vehicle staging rules, parking levels, and AirTrain logistics—so your group leaves the curb on time, in one vehicle.

How EWR group transfers work with us
Share your flight number, terminal (A, B, or C), and pickup window when you request a quote. We track arrivals and stage the vehicle either curbside in the commercial pickup zone or at a designated meet-and-greet point inside the terminal—your choice.
Newark's commercial vehicle rules treat Sprinters and mini coaches differently than rideshare. We know the staging areas, restricted lanes, and overnight parking constraints that affect group operators.
- Best for
- Hotel-to-airport shuttles for conferences in Midtown, Jersey City, or Newark
- Corporate roadshow arrivals routing directly to NJ offices
- Wedding guest blocks staying in Manhattan or North Jersey hotels
- Sports teams, school groups, and tour groups consolidating into one coach
Vehicle fit for EWR
Most EWR group runs use a Mercedes Sprinter (up to 14 passengers) or one of our mini coaches (24, 29, or 36 passengers). Sprinters fit the airport's executive pickup zones easily; mini coaches handle larger blocks of passengers and luggage in one trip.
If your party brings oversized luggage, ski equipment, or trade-show freight, mention it in your quote so we can right-size the vehicle.
Routing to/from Newark
Common Newark routes include EWR ↔ Manhattan via the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel, EWR ↔ Jersey City and Hoboken via the NJ Turnpike, and EWR ↔ North Jersey corporate corridors (Princeton, Morristown, Edison) via I-78 or the Garden State Parkway. We plan the route around your departure window and known traffic patterns.
