Privacy policy

How we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website or submit a quote request. Final text subject to legal review.

Last updated: 2026-04-10

Placeholder: This policy will be finalized with counsel. Below is an outline of topics we expect to cover.

What we collect

Information you provide in quote forms (name, email, phone, trip details). If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, interactions) through Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience.

If address autocomplete is enabled, search text you type may be sent to Google(Places) to return suggestions; Google's terms and privacy policy apply to that processing. Optional "Apply suggestions to form" may send your free-text trip description to OpenAIsolely to suggest form fields — subject to OpenAI's policies when that feature is configured.

How we use information

To respond to quote requests, operate our business, and communicate about your trip. We do not sell your personal information.

Email and messaging

Transactional email may be sent through services such as Resend; business mail may use Google Workspace. Addresses use the @njsprinters.com domain.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (njs_cookie_consent) so you are not asked again.

If you accept:

Regardless of your choice:

We do not use marketing pixels, retargeting cookies, or sell data to third parties.

Instant quotes and payments

If you use the home instant-quote flow, we may store your trip and contact details in Supabase (hosted database) so our team can enter a price and send you a secure link. Quote summary PDFs may be stored in Vercel Blob for download. Card payments may be processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Retention

Content TBD—how long quote and contact data are retained.

Your choices

Analytics cookies: You can decline analytics cookies using the consent banner when you first visit. To change your choice later, clear the njs_cookie_consententry from your browser's local storage (or clear site data); the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Personal information: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Content of this section is subject to final legal review.
