EWR car service
EWR car service — Newark airport Sprinter & mini coach
Newark Liberty is our home airport. For groups we send a chauffeured Sprinter (up to 14) or mini coach (24–36)—one vehicle, one driver, luggage included—instead of splitting across rideshares at the curb. Share flight, terminal, and headcount for a quote; we confirm availability before anything is reserved.

How group pickup at EWR works
Most small groups book a Mercedes Sprinter. Larger parties use a 24–, 29–, or 36-passenger mini coach. Pickup is at the commercial zone for Terminal A, B, or C, or meet-and-greet at baggage claim with a placard—your choice when you book.
Give us a flight number and we watch for delays so the driver is there when you’re ready, not when the original schedule said.
Why groups skip multiple rideshares
Separate Uber cars mean separate wait times, luggage fights, and a group that splits before leaving the airport. One chauffeured vehicle keeps everyone together with a single invoice and a driver who already knows your itinerary.
Common drop-offs from EWR
Manhattan hotels, Newark hotels, Jersey City and Hoboken, Princeton, Morristown, and connections to JFK, LGA, or Teterboro when you need an inter-airport transfer.
Frequently asked
- Do you offer EWR car service for groups of 10+?
- Yes. Group EWR car service is our specialty. A 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter van handles parties up to 14; for 20–36 passengers we use a mini coach (mini bus / charter-bus alternative).
- Can I rent a sprinter van with a driver from Newark airport?
- Yes. The 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter van rental with chauffeur is our most-booked EWR service. Pickup at the commercial vehicle zone for your terminal, or meet-and-greet at baggage claim.
- Where does the driver pick up at EWR?
- Either curbside at the commercial passenger pickup zone for your terminal (A, B, or C), or at baggage claim for meet-and-greet pickups. Tell us your preference when you book.
- Do you track flight delays for EWR car service?
- Yes. Provide a flight number when you request a quote and we monitor arrival changes so the driver is at the curb when your group is ready — even if your flight is early or late.
- What's the difference between EWR car service and a Newark airport shuttle?
- Public airport shuttles run scheduled loops with multiple stops; EWR car service is a private, dedicated vehicle (sprinter van or mini coach) for your group only. Faster door-to-door, no shared rides, no waiting for other passengers.
- Can I book EWR car service from outside NJ?
- Yes. We run EWR car service to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Hudson Valley, the Hamptons, Connecticut (Greenwich, Stamford, Bradley airport), and Pennsylvania-adjacent NJ destinations.
- Is EWR car service cheaper than a charter bus rental?
- For groups under 40, almost always yes. A 14-passenger sprinter van or 24/29/36-passenger mini coach is significantly cheaper than chartering a full 56-passenger highway bus and easier to stage at the EWR commercial pickup zones.
