MetLife Stadium hosts NFL games, World Cup matches, and the year’s biggest concert tours—all of which generate severe pre- and post-event traffic. Our drivers stage early, route around backups, and pre-coordinate pickup points so your group isn’t standing in lot traffic for an hour.
Drop and pickup logistics
MetLife uses dedicated bus and limo lots that change layout for each event tier (NFL, concert, special event). We pre-confirm the assigned lot for your event date and route directly to the cleared entrance.
Post-event, we stage vehicles in the bus/limo lot at a known pickup zone and share live location with your group lead so reassembly is fast.
Departure timing
For NFL kickoff games we recommend arriving 60–90 minutes pre-kickoff to allow lot access and tailgate time. For concerts, plan 75–120 minutes pre-show to clear inbound traffic and security.
Return runs typically depart 20–40 minutes after final whistle / encore so the worst lot egress jam clears.
Group fit
Suite or VIP groups commonly run 8–14 in a Sprinter. Corporate hospitality and tailgate groups often run 24–36 in a mini coach. For very large company outings we coordinate a multi-vehicle move.

- What if the event runs long?
- Share contact details for your group lead so the driver can adjust pickup time. We add reasonable wait time buffer to event quotes; significant overages are billed at our hourly extension rate.
- Can you stage multiple vehicles for a large group?
- Yes—if your headcount exceeds a single mini coach, we coordinate multi-vehicle moves so all vehicles arrive and depart together with one staging plan.
