Newark Liberty (EWR) pickup guide for groups
Newark Liberty (EWR) is one of the most-used pickup airports in our service area. Groups arriving with luggage benefit from a clear pickup plan—curbside vs. meet-and-greet, terminal-by-terminal logistics, and timing buffers for delays.

Curbside pickup vs meet-and-greet
Curbside is fast and inexpensive—the driver waits at the commercial passenger pickup zone and you walk out from baggage claim. Best for groups that travel together and don’t need help with luggage.

Meet-and-greet means the driver parks in short-term, meets your group at baggage claim with a name placard, and helps load luggage. Best for VIP groups, families with kids, or groups arriving on different inbound flights.
Terminal layout
EWR has Terminal A (rebuilt), Terminal B, and Terminal C (United hub). Each has its own commercial pickup zone. Share your airline at booking so the driver routes directly without circling.

Timing buffer
Bag claim typically takes 20–35 minutes after touchdown. We pad pickup time accordingly. For international arrivals add 30–60 minutes for customs.

Share your flight number and we monitor arrival changes—the driver doesn’t leave staging until your group is ready.
Frequently asked
- Where exactly does meet-and-greet happen?
- At your terminal’s baggage claim. The driver sends your group lead a text with their location and holds a placard with your name.
- What if my flight is significantly delayed?
- We monitor the inbound flight via flight number and adjust pickup. There is no charge for reasonable monitored delays; long ground holds may incur extra wait time.
