Terminal-by-terminal basics
JFK has Terminals 1, 4, 5, 7, and 8 active for commercial flights (with ongoing redevelopment). Each terminal has its own designated commercial pickup zone. We confirm based on your airline — see our JFK terminal airlines directory for a carrier-to-terminal reference.
Pickup zone vs meet-and-greet
Pickup zone: driver waits curbside in the commercial passenger pickup area. Faster but requires a quick walkout.
Meet-and-greet: driver parks short-term, meets your group at baggage claim with a placard, and helps with luggage. Better for international arrivals and large groups.
Customs and timing
International arrivals add 45–90 minutes to clearance time. We track inbound flights and adjust pickup so the driver isn’t paying for short-term parking unnecessarily and you aren’t standing on the curb.
