Our drivers handle Garden State Parkway and Turnpike traffic patterns daily and stage shuttles with enough time to keep your timeline on track.
What we cover for NJ weddings
Bridal-party transportation from prep location to ceremony, ceremony-to-reception transfers, hotel-to-venue guest shuttles (looping multiple hotels if needed), and end-of-night returns to one or more hotels.
We also handle airport pickups for out-of-town wedding guests—often a single Sprinter or mini coach handles a wave of arriving family.
Common NJ venue patterns
Country clubs (Bedford, Montclair Golf Club, Plainfield CC), estate venues (Park Chateau, The Ashford, The Manor), and waterfront venues (Liberty House, Maritime Parc) all have specific bus loading rules. We pre-coordinate so the shuttle doesn’t back up venue traffic.
Vehicle size is usually capped by venue access—larger 36-passenger coaches don’t fit every estate driveway. Share the venue and we’ll right-size the vehicle.

Sprinter vans (up to 14) handle the bridal party and family rides. 24- and 29-passenger mini coaches cover most hotel-to-venue guest shuttles. 36-passenger mini coaches cover larger guest blocks when venue access allows.

- How far in advance should we book?
- For peak wedding season (May–October), book 4–6 months out. Off-season is more flexible but a 60-day lead is recommended.
- Can the vehicle stay with us for the night?
- Yes—book hourly as-directed for the entire run, or schedule discrete legs (ceremony shuttle, reception shuttle, end-of-night ride). Hourly is simpler when timing is fluid.
- Can we decorate the vehicle?
- Light decoration is fine—exterior magnets, ribbons, just-married placards. Anything adhesive needs approval. We can hang signage in the cabin per your plan.
