New York wedding transportation
New York weddings—whether at a Manhattan rooftop, a DUMBO loft, or a Westchester estate—run on tight timelines in unforgiving traffic. We pre-stage and route around event-night gridlock so your bridal party arrives composed and your guests don’t miss the ceremony.

What we cover for NY weddings
Bridal-party rides from prep hotel to ceremony, ceremony-to-reception transfers, multi-hotel guest shuttles for out-of-town blocks, and end-of-night returns. Out-of-town airport pickups (EWR, JFK, LGA) are common companion bookings.
Common NY venue patterns
Manhattan rooftops and lofts have curb-only dropoff—shuttles drop and depart, then pre-stage for return. DUMBO lofts and waterfront venues require coordination with venue staff for the bus loading zone. Westchester and Hudson Valley estates allow longer staging windows.
Vehicles we use most
Sprinter vans (up to 14) for bridal party and family rides—great for Manhattan curb access. 24- and 29-passenger mini coaches for hotel-to-venue guest shuttles. Larger coaches are venue-dependent in dense neighborhoods.
Frequently asked
- How far in advance should we book?
- For peak wedding season (May–October), book 4–6 months out. Off-season is more flexible but a 60-day lead is recommended.
- Can the vehicle stay with us for the night?
- Yes—book hourly as-directed for the entire run, or schedule discrete legs (ceremony shuttle, reception shuttle, end-of-night ride). Hourly is simpler when timing is fluid.
- Can we decorate the vehicle?
- Light decoration is fine—exterior magnets, ribbons, just-married placards. Anything adhesive needs approval. We can hang signage in the cabin per your plan.
