Who we are

NJ Sprinters is operated by A&D Limousine Service. A&D Limousine Service is the company responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

We only collect information that you give us directly through our forms, plus limited technical data needed to operate the site:

• Contact information — full name, email address, and phone number you submit on the request-a-quote form, instant-quote dialog, or contact / message form.
• Trip details — pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger count, vehicle preference, business-or-personal flag, and any free-text notes you include.
• SMS opt-in record — if you check the SMS consent box, we store a boolean flag and a UTC timestamp recording when you opted in.
• Payment information — if you place a card on file, tokenized card data is held by our payment processor, Authorize.net. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Charges may appear as A&D Limousine Service on your statement.
• Site analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymized page-view and interaction data through Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel Speed Insights collects anonymous Core Web Vitals regardless of your choice.
• Address autocomplete— text you type into a pickup or drop-off field is sent to Google (Places) to return suggestions; Google’s terms apply to that processing.

How we use information

We use the information we collect only to:

• respond to your quote requests and contact-form messages;
• price, schedule, dispatch, and deliver the transportation service you book;
• send transactional email and (if you opt in) transactional SMS related to your trip;
• process payment for completed service and document any late-cancellation or no-show fees;
• operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and our internal operations.

We do not use your personal information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

We do not sell or share your information

NJ Sprinters does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only with vetted service providers acting on our behalf and only to the extent they need it to deliver the service you requested:

• Supabase — secure hosted database where quote and message records are stored.
• Vercel — website hosting, edge delivery, and transactional file storage (quote-summary PDFs).
• Resend — sender of transactional email (acknowledgments, quotes, receipts).
• Twilio — sender of transactional SMS for users who opt in to our SMS program.
• Authorize.net — payment processor for card-on-file and charges.
• Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete and route previews.
• Law enforcement or other parties when legally required to do so.

Mobile information (phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and consent records) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email and messaging

Transactional email may be sent through services such as Resend; business mail may use Google Workspace. Addresses use the @njsprinters.com domain.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (njs_cookie_consent) so you are not asked again.

If you accept:

• Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymized page-view and event data (e.g. quote submissions, phone/email CTA clicks). Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* that persist for up to 2 years. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Web Analytics — lightweight, first-party page-view analytics provided by our hosting platform.

Regardless of your choice:

• Vercel Speed Insights — collects anonymous Core Web Vitals performance metrics (no personal data) to help us monitor site speed.
• Session storage— the quote form may temporarily save non-PII draft data (trip type, dates, addresses) in your browser session so you don't lose progress.

We do not use marketing pixels, retargeting cookies, or sell data to third parties.

Instant quotes and payments

If you use the instant-quote flow, we store your trip and contact details in Supabase (hosted database) so our team can enter a price and send you a secure link. Quote summary PDFs may be stored in Vercel Blob for download. Card payments are processed by Authorize.net; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Charges may appear as A&D Limousine Service on your statement.

SMS / text messaging

NJ Sprinters offers an optional SMS program for ride quotes, booking confirmations, and payment receipts. Messages are delivered through Twilio.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your phone number on a quote-request or contact form on https://njsprinters.com and actively checking the SMS consent box that appears directly below the phone number field. The checkbox is never pre-checked; you must take affirmative action to opt in. The exact opt-in language presented to you is:

“I agree to receive SMS messages from NJ Sprinters related to my ride quote, booking confirmations, and payment receipts. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy at https://njsprinters.com/privacy-policy.”

We record your consent (a boolean flag plus a UTC timestamp) on the same database row that holds your form submission. Users who do not opt in will not receive any SMS messages.

What we send and how often

We send transactional SMS only — confirmations and updates tied to a request you initiated (quote acknowledgment, quote ready, booking confirmation, payment receipts, and time-sensitive operational notices). Message frequency varies based on the quotes and bookings you initiate. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s plan. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Opting out and getting help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further SMS messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at ride@njsprinters.com or +1 (800) 249-9214.

Sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We retain quote requests, message records, and SMS opt-in records for as long as needed to operate our business and comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Anonymized analytics data is retained according to the provider’s default schedule (Google Analytics: up to 14 months). You can request deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact below.

Data security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure with role-based access controls. Card numbers are tokenized by Authorize.net and never stored on our servers. Operational access to customer records is limited to A&D Limousine Service staff who need it to fulfill your request.

Your choices

SMS: Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

Analytics cookies: You can decline analytics cookies using the consent banner when you first visit. To change your choice later, clear the njs_cookie_consententry from your browser's local storage (or clear site data); the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Personal information: You may contact us at ride@njsprinters.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

Our website and SMS program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at https://njsprinters.com/privacy-policy with the “Last updated” date above.
